Disability VAT redemption
Did you know if you have a disability or a long-term illness you may be exempt from paying VAT? This applies to maintenance, parts and repairs of stair lifts, wheelchairs and hoists that are designed or adapted for your own personal or domestic use.
If eligible you won’t be charged VAT on the installation, repairs or maintenance and spare parts & accessories either.

If you are eligible for VAT relief you will need to give us a completed and signed copy of the exemption form which can be downloaded HERE
If you do not have access to a printer, please let us know and we will send you a copy in the post.
You can return it to us by post in advance or give it to our Switch Lift Engineer on the day of your visit, we will then be able to issue an invoice without VAT added.
